To secure your event, a signed contract and a 50% retainer of the chosen venue package are required. All retainers are non-refundable.

We accept all major credit cards, checks, cash, or Venmo for payments.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Initial retainers are non-refundable. Payments made beyond the retainer are fully refundable if cancellation occurs more than 60 days in advance; otherwise, no refunds apply.

What are your hours for event access?

Clients can access the venue starting at 8:00 AM and can stay until midnight, depending on the package purchased.

Do you offer event insurance?

Event insurance is not required for your event, but all vendors must maintain appropriate insurance.

What decorations do you provide?

The Martin provides a variety of included decorative items, with some packages offering all decor. Clients are welcome to bring in their own decorations after prior approval.

Can I have an outdoor ceremony?

Yes, our outdoor area is suitable for up to 100 guests.

Do you allow outside catering?

Yes, outside caterers can be utilized for a $250 fee, granting them access to our kitchen and facilities.

What audio/visual equipment is available?

We offer an in-house A/V system that includes surround sound, TVs, a projector, and a wireless microphone for use during the event.

Veil Events provides full-service wedding planning, month-of coordination, wedding management, and consulting.

We are open Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Saturday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and closed on Sundays.

We recommend bringing any inspiration photos, your budget details, and undergarments you plan to wear on your wedding day.

How far in advance should I order my wedding dress?

Ideally, you should order your dress at least 6-9 months before your wedding date to allow for alterations.

UNION is suitable for a variety of events including weddings, corporate functions, cultural celebrations, and private parties.

How can I tour The Legacy?

Can we use our own vendors?

Yes, while we provide a list of recommended vendors, you can select anyone you wish. However, your catering and bartending company must be licensed and insured, and all other vendors need a business license.

Is there a minimum guest requirement?

No, there is no minimum guest requirement. Our standard wedding and reception package accommodates up to 200 guests.

Do we have to hire security for our event?

It is not necessary to hire security for your event.

In the event of inclement weather, is there a backup for outdoor wedding ceremonies?

Yes, the pavilion can be used as a backup site for outdoor wedding ceremonies.

Is there an option to do reception only?

Yes, if you choose a reception only option, it will be $300 less than the listed package prices.

How do I reserve The Legacy for my event?

To reserve your date, you will need to sign a contract and make an initial payment of 25%.

When can we rehearse for our ceremony?

If your package includes an overnight stay the night before, you can rehearse at that time. Otherwise, rehearsals can occur at 1 PM upon arrival or can be scheduled for Monday-Thursday at $100/hour, depending on availability.

Does The Legacy have on-site parking?

Yes, we provide on-site parking for your guests.

Will a representative from The Legacy be on-site during our event?

Yes, at least one representative will be on-site throughout your event to greet vendors, manage facility needs, direct parking, and remove trash.

Do you provide linens?

Yes, Package 3 includes a $1,500 credit that can be applied towards linens or Legacy decor. Packages 1 and 2 do not include linens but you can add them a-la-carte.
