The Martin Event Space is jaw-droppingly beautiful! Its history adds a unique charm. I've attended several events here, and each time has been wonderful. The new owner, Rachel, is fantastic to work with and has exciting plans to enhance the venue. This is a must-see for anyone planning an event!

help_outline What is required to book my event at The Martin?
To secure your event, a signed contract and a 50% retainer of the chosen venue package are required. All retainers are non-refundable.

We accept all major credit cards, checks, cash, or Venmo for payments.
help_outline What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Initial retainers are non-refundable. Payments made beyond the retainer are fully refundable if cancellation occurs more than 60 days in advance; otherwise, no refunds apply.

Clients can access the venue starting at 8:00 AM and can stay until midnight, depending on the package purchased.
help_outline Do you offer event insurance?
Event insurance is not required for your event, but all vendors must maintain appropriate insurance.

The Martin provides a variety of included decorative items, with some packages offering all decor. Clients are welcome to bring in their own decorations after prior approval.

Yes, our outdoor area is suitable for up to 100 guests.

Yes, outside caterers can be utilized for a $250 fee, granting them access to our kitchen and facilities.
