To tour our venue, please schedule an appointment by emailing events@thelegacyatgreenhills.com. Tours are available every day of the week based on availability.

Yes, while we provide a list of recommended vendors, you can select anyone you wish. However, your catering and bartending company must be licensed and insured, and all other vendors need a business license.

No, there is no minimum guest requirement. Our standard wedding and reception package accommodates up to 200 guests.

It is not necessary to hire security for your event.
help_outline In the event of inclement weather, is there a backup for outdoor wedding ceremonies?
Yes, the pavilion can be used as a backup site for outdoor wedding ceremonies.

Yes, if you choose a reception only option, it will be $300 less than the listed package prices.

To reserve your date, you will need to sign a contract and make an initial payment of 25%.
help_outline When can we rehearse for our ceremony?
If your package includes an overnight stay the night before, you can rehearse at that time. Otherwise, rehearsals can occur at 1 PM upon arrival or can be scheduled for Monday-Thursday at $100/hour, depending on availability.

Yes, we provide on-site parking for your guests.
help_outline Will a representative from The Legacy be on-site during our event?
Yes, at least one representative will be on-site throughout your event to greet vendors, manage facility needs, direct parking, and remove trash.

Yes, Package 3 includes a $1,500 credit that can be applied towards linens or Legacy decor. Packages 1 and 2 do not include linens but you can add them a-la-carte.
