A standard rental includes white chairs and tables for up to 200 guests, a kitchen, a bridal and groom suite, indoor bathrooms, access to the entire venue, parking, garbage, and recycling.

Do you offer wedding planning services?

Yes, wedding coordination and planning services are part of our Signature and Premier packages.

Do you offer setup and breakdown services?

Yes, both setup and breakdown are included in our Signature and Premier packages. For other packages, you will need to coordinate the setup and breakdown yourself.

What deposit amount is required to reserve a date?

To reserve your date at Oak + Hood, a deposit of $1,000 is required.

Do you have any vendor restrictions?

We have a recommended list of trusted vendors based on our positive experiences, but you are not obligated to use them.

What is the parking situation?

Onsite parking is available for up to 300 guests, including 3 ADA reserved spots on pavement; the remainder is in a gravel lot.

What is the backup weather plan in case of bad weather?

In case of bad weather, we provide indoor and outdoor ceremony options. The indoor option is our 6000 sq ft barn that accommodates up to 300 guests. You may also choose to rent an outdoor tent, and we can suggest some vendors.

Do you allow food trucks and bar trucks?

Yes, food and bar trucks are permitted, but please coordinate with us regarding recommended parking locations.

Do you have a bar or offer bar service?

We are equipped with a bar for kegs and taps to serve your favorite beverages. You can bring your alcohol, but it must be distributed on the premises by our approved and OLCC licensed staff.

Do you host events other than weddings?

Yes, we host a variety of events including corporate events, parties, concerts, proms, quinceañeras, and more.

Yes, our venue features a stage that is often used for bands or to highlight the wedding party during events.

Do you allow sparklers for send off?

Yes, sparklers are allowed in outdoor areas and along the walkway, as long as safety water buckets are used.

The venue fee includes tables, chairs, existing furniture, installed warm patio string lights, and a cake table.

How do the payments work?

A 50% down payment plus tax is required to reserve your date, along with a $1,000 refundable security deposit. The final balance is due two months before the event.

What is the cancellation policy? Will my deposit be refunded?

All payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable. If canceled within 45 days of the event, the total estimated charges remain due.

Can I bring my own caterer, bartender, and vendors?

Yes, you are allowed to choose your licensed vendors, but an additional cleaning fee of $700 will apply if you bring your caterer.

Can I customize my package?

Yes, you can customize your package to suit your needs, and any changes may affect the overall pricing.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

You can bring your own alcohol, provided you have a licensed bartender and obtain liquor liability insurance.

How do I tour the venue?

Tours can be scheduled weekly, allowing potential clients to see the venue and discuss their vision. You can call or book a tour online.

Can I bring my pet to the wedding?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at the venue.

Can we purchase additional hours?

Yes, additional hours can be purchased at $350 per hour.

Yes, we can accommodate 45 vehicles inside and another 100 in the nearby park.

Do we get the venue for rehearsal and what is the time usually?

Complimentary one-hour rehearsal space is offered, usually scheduled Thursday after 4 PM or Friday, based on availability.

Sparkler sendoffs are allowed, but safety measures must be in place, such as water buckets.

Can we bring in a backdrop for a photo booth?
