A standard rental includes white chairs and tables for up to 200 guests, a kitchen, a bridal and groom suite, indoor bathrooms, access to the entire venue, parking, garbage, and recycling.

Yes, wedding coordination and planning services are part of our Signature and Premier packages.
help_outline Do you offer setup and breakdown services?
Yes, both setup and breakdown are included in our Signature and Premier packages. For other packages, you will need to coordinate the setup and breakdown yourself.
help_outline What deposit amount is required to reserve a date?
To reserve your date at Oak + Hood, a deposit of $1,000 is required.
help_outline Do you have any vendor restrictions?
We have a recommended list of trusted vendors based on our positive experiences, but you are not obligated to use them.
help_outline What is the parking situation?
Onsite parking is available for up to 300 guests, including 3 ADA reserved spots on pavement; the remainder is in a gravel lot.
help_outline What is the backup weather plan in case of bad weather?
In case of bad weather, we provide indoor and outdoor ceremony options. The indoor option is our 6000 sq ft barn that accommodates up to 300 guests. You may also choose to rent an outdoor tent, and we can suggest some vendors.

Yes, food and bar trucks are permitted, but please coordinate with us regarding recommended parking locations.

We are equipped with a bar for kegs and taps to serve your favorite beverages. You can bring your alcohol, but it must be distributed on the premises by our approved and OLCC licensed staff.

Yes, our venue features a stage that is often used for bands or to highlight the wedding party during events.

Yes, sparklers are allowed in outdoor areas and along the walkway, as long as safety water buckets are used.
