Yes, the building can accommodate up to 300 guests comfortably without a room flip and 280 guests with a full setup including space for a DJ and dance floor.

Can I choose my own vendors?

Yes, except for the bartender, who must be licensed and insured.

What’s the cost of a security guard for an open bar?

The cost is $350 for up to 6 hours, and $40 for each additional hour; two guards are required if the guest count exceeds 200.

No open flames are allowed. However, candles may be used if they are completely surrounded by glass.

Can we check into the cabins when we arrive at The Lodge at 10 AM?

Cabin check-in is at 3 PM unless cleaned and ready earlier.
