How many can the venue accommodate?

Glass Chapel West can accommodate up to 200 guests.

How much is the deposit?

The reservation deposit is 25 percent of your package total, officially holding your date.

May we bring our own decorations?

You can bring your own decorations, but please coordinate with the office. Decoration setup must be during your rental time.

Do we need to have our own servers?

Servers are included in most packages, but not all.

May we bring outside catering?

Yes, we offer packages where you can choose any licensed caterer.

May we have fresh flowers in the venue?

Yes, fresh flowers are permitted.

When is the balance due?

The balance can be divided into payments, with final payment due the week after you finalize your guest count three weeks prior."

When are vendors allowed to deliver?

Vendors may deliver at the start of your scheduled rental time.

Do we choose our own vendors?

Yes, you can choose your vendors and we ask for a list at your final appointment.

May we have a DJ and may we dance?

Yes, we encourage couples and guests to celebrate!

May we set up tables and chairs outdoors?

Yes, tables and chairs can be set up outdoors as part of your guest count at no extra charge.

Are open flame candles allowed?

Open flame candles are allowed on tables in the lower-level reception hall only.

Do we count the wedding party in the guaranteed guest count?

Yes, the wedding party is included in the guaranteed guest count.

Do we count children in the guaranteed guest count?

Children five years and under do not need to be counted, but we ask you to inform us about how many there will be.

Do you allow alcohol to be served at Glass Chapel West?

Yes, alcohol is allowed for you and your guests at your event.

May we choose the set up?

Setup plans are scheduled during the four-month and one-month appointments.

Does the venue have a built-in sound system and light system?

Yes, a universal sound and light system is available for use throughout the facility.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes, the venue is ADA compliant and has a residential elevator.

How late can my rental go?

Rentals can go as late as 11 PM to comply with city noise ordinances.

May we use confetti?

Confetti is allowed in the reception hall with a $500 cleanup fee.
