How many people can this location accommodate?

Our venue can accommodate up to 200 guests for a seated dinner and up to 250 for a cocktail reception.

What is the venue fee and what is included in that price?

The venue fee varies depending on the day of the week and the time of the year. Our wedding venue fees include 4.5 hours of time. Additional time may be added for $1000 per hour.

May I hold my ceremony here, too? Is there an additional fee?

Ceremonies may be held here, for a fee of $800 when you have your reception with us.

How much is the deposit, when is it due, and is it refundable?

The deposit is 35% of the contracted grand total and is nonrefundable, due at contract signing. 45% is due 180 days prior to the event, and the remaining balance is due 30 days out.

Do you have a private VIP space where I can get dressed?

Yes, we have a private room available to you 2 hours before the ceremony.

What’s your weather contingency plan for outdoor spaces?

In the case of inclement weather, we have an indoor plan using our glass pavilion.

How long does the reception last? Is there an option to stay longer?

Evening events include 4.5 hours of reception time.

Can I use real candles?

Real candles are allowed, but you must let us move hanging items.

Are you licensed to provide alcohol service?

Yes, we are licensed and have various service options including cash bar.

Do I need to tip the staff?

The 22% service charge is for staff salaries; tips are appreciated but not expected.

What size event can the venue accommodate?

Our venue can host events of various sizes, with over 30,000 square feet of flexible meeting and event space.

Do you offer catering services?

Yes, we provide catering services with a generous array of menu options to suit any event.

What are the available hours for tours?

We have open house tours every Saturday from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, no appointment necessary.

Do you offer co-working space?

Yes, we now offer a co-working space during weekdays in addition to our event rental services.

When should I place my order?

We recommend reserving your items as soon as you decide on what you want to ensure the best selection. A 50% deposit is needed for securing your choices.

How do I start the process?

You can begin by browsing our items and adding favorites to your wishlist. Once complete, submit your wishlist with your contact information, and we'll respond within 48 hours with a proposal.

Do you have a showroom?

Yes, appointments can be scheduled to tour our showroom where you can select rentals in person. It's beneficial to submit a wishlist beforehand.

How does delivery work?

Delivery is available across Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Washington D.C., and Virginia, with minimum rental orders depending on distance.
