help_outline How many people can this location accommodate?
Our venue can accommodate up to 200 guests for a seated dinner and up to 250 for a cocktail reception.
help_outline What is the venue fee and what is included in that price?
The venue fee varies depending on the day of the week and the time of the year. Our wedding venue fees include 4.5 hours of time. Additional time may be added for $1000 per hour.
help_outline May I hold my ceremony here, too? Is there an additional fee?
Ceremonies may be held here, for a fee of $800 when you have your reception with us.
help_outline How much is the deposit, when is it due, and is it refundable?
The deposit is 35% of the contracted grand total and is nonrefundable, due at contract signing. 45% is due 180 days prior to the event, and the remaining balance is due 30 days out.

Yes.
help_outline Do you have a private VIP space where I can get dressed?
Yes, we have a private room available to you 2 hours before the ceremony.
help_outline What’s your weather contingency plan for outdoor spaces?
In the case of inclement weather, we have an indoor plan using our glass pavilion.

Evening events include 4.5 hours of reception time.

Real candles are allowed, but you must let us move hanging items.

Yes, we are licensed and have various service options including cash bar.

The 22% service charge is for staff salaries; tips are appreciated but not expected.
