How do we book a tour?

You can schedule a tour by filling out the form on our website, calling or texting us at 817.504.8501, or messaging us on Facebook or Instagram. Tours typically take about 30 minutes.

How do we secure a date?

To secure a date, you will need to submit a completed contract along with an initial payment of $1,000, which will be credited toward your overall package price.

How do payments work?

We provide various payment options: payment in full at the time of contract signing, three payments, four payments, or monthly installments. All payments must be completed 90 days before your event.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, we accept credit cards, but prefer Zelle, personal checks, or cash.

Can we choose our own vendors?

While you can select your own vendors, we have a list of preferred vendors we recommend. Bartenders and security must be provided through our exclusive partners.

May we bring our own food?

This is contingent on the number of guests, preparation required, and your catering experience.

How do you handle serving alcohol?

A TABC licensed bartender must be hired to serve alcohol, and you will need to hire security for every 100 guests when alcohol is being served.

We provide white to-the-floor linens, and full overlays are required unless you provide your own linens.

What types of tables do you offer?

We have three types of tables available: 60-inch round tables, 72-inch round tables, and 6-foot rectangular tables.

Do you require wedding insurance?

Yes, we require wedding insurance, which we can help you obtain if needed.

What type of chairs do you provide for ceremonies and receptions?

For outdoor ceremonies, we provide wooden benches, and for indoor events, we offer white Chiavari chairs.

Do you provide an arch for the ceremony?

Yes, we offer a choice between a hexagon or square wooden arch for your ceremony.
