This venue is ideal for any event style! We held my daughter's wedding at Red Door Ranch, and it was astonishingly beautiful. Tracy, the owner, was a tremendous help all day long! I highly recommend this venue!

You can schedule a tour by filling out the form on our website, calling or texting us at 817.504.8501, or messaging us on Facebook or Instagram. Tours typically take about 30 minutes.

To secure a date, you will need to submit a completed contract along with an initial payment of $1,000, which will be credited toward your overall package price.

We provide various payment options: payment in full at the time of contract signing, three payments, four payments, or monthly installments. All payments must be completed 90 days before your event.

Yes, we accept credit cards, but prefer Zelle, personal checks, or cash.

While you can select your own vendors, we have a list of preferred vendors we recommend. Bartenders and security must be provided through our exclusive partners.

A TABC licensed bartender must be hired to serve alcohol, and you will need to hire security for every 100 guests when alcohol is being served.

We have three types of tables available: 60-inch round tables, 72-inch round tables, and 6-foot rectangular tables.
