We offer an outdoor garden with space for a tent or an indoor reception area located just two minutes from the chapel.

The chapel and gardens can accommodate up to 150 guests.

Do I need to schedule a tour or can I just drop by?

Tours must be scheduled in advance; please do not drop by without an appointment.

When can I schedule my rehearsal?

Rehearsals can be scheduled approximately three to four weeks prior to your wedding date.

What are the alcohol policies?

Alcohol can only be served by licensed and certified bartenders. A security officer is required if alcohol is served on the premises.

What are the available tour hours?

Tours are available Tuesday to Saturday from 12 PM to 6 PM.

How Long do we Have the Venue?

Venue rental hours are based on your selected package.

How Much is the Rental Deposit?

For Large Events: We require $2,000 upon signing your contract to secure your date. For Small Events: We require 50% of the estimated total to reserve/book.

What is the Damage Deposit?

A damage deposit is required prior to your event. The damage deposit is fully refundable within 30 days post-event, provided nothing major is broken, all alcohol is served through our bartender(s), and illegal drugs are not found on venue property.

Is There Staff on Site the Day of my Event?

Yes! Our amazing staff will be on-site at all times, with staffing determined based on the package you choose.

Are Outside Vendors Allowed?

Yes, you can either use our in-house services or bring any vendors of your choosing. Note that a $300 fee applies for outside catering requiring kitchen access.

The venue fee includes exclusive access to the property and grounds for up to twelve hours, setup, chairs, tables, and more.

Yes, we require event insurance with a $1,000,000 liability coverage along with additional alcohol insurance if serving alcohol.

Can I bring my own vendors?

Yes, outside vendors are allowed, and we also provide a preferred vendor list.

How many guests can the venue accommodate?

The Gardenia can accommodate up to 300 guests.

What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver to Muenster, TX, and surrounding areas. If delivery is outside certain city limits, there may be a minimum order requirement.
