help_outline What is the Capacity of the Venue?
We can accommodate up to 250 guests inside the reception area!
help_outline How Long do we Have the Venue?
Venue rental hours are based on your selected package.
help_outline How Much is the Rental Deposit?
For Large Events: We require $2,000 upon signing your contract to secure your date. For Small Events: We require 50% of the estimated total to reserve/book.
help_outline What is the Damage Deposit?
A damage deposit is required prior to your event. The damage deposit is fully refundable within 30 days post-event, provided nothing major is broken, all alcohol is served through our bartender(s), and illegal drugs are not found on venue property.
help_outline Is There Staff on Site the Day of my Event?
Yes! Our amazing staff will be on-site at all times, with staffing determined based on the package you choose.
help_outline Are Outside Vendors Allowed?
Yes, you can either use our in-house services or bring any vendors of your choosing. Note that a $300 fee applies for outside catering requiring kitchen access.
