help_outline How do I rent an item?
You can rent an item by filling out a contact form or emailing us at info@bainbridgeeventrentals.com. Please include the items, quantity, event date, and whether you need delivery or setup.
help_outline How far in advance should I rent my items?
It's best to book as early as possible since rentals are on a first-come, first-served basis. We are currently taking orders for the 2025 season.
help_outline Is there a deposit?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total charges is required at the time of booking.
help_outline How do I make a payment?
We accept checks, cash, and credit cards. Cash payments should be made with exact change. There’s a 4% transaction fee for credit cards.
help_outline When is the remainder balance due?
The remaining balance is due on or before the day you receive your rental items. It will be charged to the credit card on file unless specified otherwise.
help_outline Can I add/subtract items the week of my event?
Items can be added based on availability, but reductions cannot be made within two weeks of your event date.
help_outline What if I have to cancel my order?
Cancellations more than 14 days before the Out Date will result in a retention of the 50% deposit. Otherwise, charges depend on how close the cancellation is to the event date.

Rates are quoted for a single day use with pickup or delivery the day before and return the day after the event.
help_outline Can I pick up my items?
Yes, pickups can be made without a fee, but should be scheduled in advance.
help_outline Who is responsible for returning the rented items?
Clients are responsible for returning items. They must agree on a drop-off time prior to return.
help_outline Can I have my items delivered?
Yes, delivery is available for an additional fee based on quantity, location, and other factors.
help_outline Will Bainbridge Event Rentals deliver outside of Kitsap County?
Yes, we can deliver outside Kitsap County, although an additional fee may apply.

Items should be rinsed and sorted according to type before being returned.
help_outline What if I don’t use something I rented?
Rental items are charged regardless of use as they cannot be rented out again once received.

Clients are responsible for costs related to damaged or missing items.
help_outline Is insurance available for damages?
Yes, we offer damage insurance at booking that covers loss or damage.
