Does the price include set up and delivery?

No, the price added to your cart is for customer pick up. Quoted prices do not include sales tax.

Do you deliver to other cities?

Yes, we travel throughout the Southeast. Please call for a current quote for deliveries outside of our regular delivery areas.

Does the rental time include your set up time?

No, we arrive early to set up so you get the entire rental time.

That depends on many factors, including location, ease of drop off, and how long it takes for installation. Generally, we arrive 1-4 hours before the rental time begins.

If we rent an inflatable, do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time?

Yes, a blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged, the unit deflates.

What payments do you take?

We accept business checks, cash, or credit cards. If paying by cash, please have the exact amount as our drivers do not carry cash.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, all orders require a 50% deposit, with the balance due before setup. If canceled within 7 days of the event, the full balance is due.

What surfaces do you set up inflatables?

We can set up on grass, dirt, asphalt, and concrete, but not on any type of rocks.

How much space do I need for a casino?

A rough estimate is 10 square feet per table.
