What are the dates for EAA AirVenture 2025?

The EAA AirVenture 2025 will take place from July 21 to July 27.

What is included with my stay?

A complimentary full breakfast is provided each morning at the Pickard Commons Dining Hall.

Are there any transportation options available?

Yes, there will be a daily shuttle service to and from EAA AirVenture grounds for a fee.

We are a group of enthusiastic women who are passionate about decorating and setting up for weddings and events.

We provide rentals for events and can either assist you with setup or you can bring in your own helpers. We ensure everything runs smoothly so you can enjoy your special day, and we handle the teardown afterward.

Can I visit your showroom?

Absolutely! We encourage showroom visits for inspiration. Please call ahead to ensure someone is available, as we may be out setting up or dismantling events.

How much will it cost to decorate my wedding?

The cost varies greatly based on numerous factors like guest count, venue, decoration choices, and more. It's best to consult with one of our designers to get an accurate quote.

How much is the average cost for a wedding of 200 people?

There is no set average cost since each wedding is unique. We recommend visiting us for a consultation to discuss your desires and get a personalized estimate.

How do I place a reservation?

You can create an online wishlist and send it for completion or schedule an appointment in the showroom to select items. After we draft a quote, you can review it and if acceptable, sign and pay a deposit to reserve your rentals.

When should I book the rentals for my event?

It's best to book as early as possible due to our first-come, first-served inventory system.

Can I make adjustments to my quote once it is signed?

You can only adjust quantities based on your final guest count up to two weeks before your event.

When is my final payment due?

Final payments must be made two weeks before your event date.

When can I pick up my rentals?

Typically, rentals are ready for pick up the Wednesday before your event; please call to arrange a specific time.

When are my items due back?

Items can be returned on Monday between 9 AM and 4 PM without needing an appointment.

Is there a fee for consultations?

Your first 60-minute consultation is free of charge.
