To reserve your date, you'll need to sign a contract and pay a retainer, which is half of your total selected package price for events at the pavilion and 30% for events in The 609.

Can we serve alcohol?

Yes, but you must enlist a bartender or vendor with an alcohol pouring license. A waiver must also be signed, and special event licenses are necessary for selling alcohol.

How do you handle rain on the event day?

We recommend renting a tent for rainy days. If the pavilion cannot accommodate you, we can securely enclose it or upgrade to The 609 Indoor Reception Hall.
