Absolutely! We specialize in destination weddings and can assist with all aspects of planning from afar.

When is the Pumpkin Festival open?

The Pumpkin Festival runs from September 25th to November 2nd. It is open Thursdays and Fridays from 4 PM to 8 PM, and Saturdays and Sundays from 10 AM to 5 PM.

What does the admission ticket include?

General admission includes parking, one hayride, access to the corn maze, kids activities, and much more.

Are there additional costs for certain activities?

Yes, some activities and purchases, like pumpkins and food from vendors, come at an additional cost.

How long do we have the venue & property for?

You can use the venue from Friday at 3 p.m. until Sunday at 11:00 a.m. for the $4,000 package, which includes an overnight stay in our cabin.

Do you allow alcohol?

Yes, we permit soft alcohol like beer and wine, but you must obtain a Virginia State ABC license.

What are the restrictions on vendors?

You can use any vendors you wish. We will provide details of preferred vendors upon receipt of your deposit.

Are decorations provided?

No decorations are provided, but everything included in your package is detailed on our website.

Is the property handicap accessible?

Yes, our cabin is handicap accessible with a ramp, but the venue itself has uneven areas.
