We offer flexible time slots to fit your needs: 2-hour slots (8–10 AM, 11 AM–1 PM, 2–4 PM, 5–7 PM), 5-hour slots (8 AM–1 PM, 2–7 PM), and an 11-hour full-day option (8 AM–7 PM).

How do I book The Shelby HUB for my event?

You can book directly through our scheduling page, powered by Acuity. Simply choose your preferred package, time slot, and any add-ons to confirm your booking or if you want to discuss options call or text 419-632-0076 to speak with our owners about your event.

Can I customize the seating and decor?

Absolutely! We offer flexible seating arrangements and decor customization options to help bring your event vision to life. You can meet with our Event Coordinator to bring your vision to life.

Is parking available for guests?

Yes, The Shelby HUB provides parking both in the front and back to ensure a convenient and hassle-free experience for you and your guests. It is our goal to provide additional parking in the space next to the building, coming available soon.

Is The Shelby HUB handicap accessible?

Guests needing handicap accessibility should book the Shelby Hall.

How do I know my reservation is booked?

You will receive a confirmation email when you book online or if you book over the phone, you will receive a confirmation text including all of the details you spoke about over the phone.

Can I receive a refund if I cancel?

Yes, you can cancel at any time, but you will only receive a refund if canceled within 48 hours of the event. We recommend you use the “Ask Your Queries” section above to send an email or call 419-632-0076. Please provide your name, confirmation, date of the event, and your contact information if we need to reach you or locate your reservation.
