What is your site fee for a wedding or event?

The site fee for May 1 through October 31 is $8,500, and from November 1 through April 30, it is $6,500. Non-weekend pricing is available for community and corporate events.

What is included in the site fee?

The site fee includes natural wood folding chairs, 72" round dining tables, market umbrellas, Sova staff for setup, string lights, parking, and access to the venue.

Do you require a wedding planner?

Yes, Sova requires a day-of wedding coordinator.

What is your alcohol policy?

You may provide your own alcoholic beverages without corkage fees, but properly licensed service staff is required.

Where is your closest lodging?

There is a 5-bedroom farmhouse available for rent at $1,850 for a Friday-Sunday rental, with additional lodging options nearby.
