What is the capacity of The Raymond Venue and The Bird Dog?

The Raymond Venue can host 200 guests, including the bridal party, while The Bird Dog accommodates 25 guests.

Are there overnight accommodations nearby?

Yes, there are several hotels within 10 miles, including Eagle Ridge Golf & Conference Center and Mamie's Cottage B&B.

Do you allow dogs or pets?

Yes, with pre-approval. Dogs must be leashed and responsible parties assigned to their care.

Is outside catering allowed?

You can use outside catering, but there is a $500 fee for using our kitchen space.

When should I shop for my wedding dress?

It is recommended to start shopping for your wedding dress at least 8 months before your wedding. Dresses can take 4 to 6 months to make, and you want to allow enough time for alterations.

Do I have to have an appointment?

Yes, appointments are required for shopping. Each bridal appointment lasts 2 hours, while accessory appointments last 1 hour.

Do you offer alterations?

While we do not provide alterations, we can recommend local seamstresses who have experience with couture gowns.

You can bring a maximum of 4 guests to keep the experience comfortable and intimate.

Mississippi laws prohibit us from serving champagne, but you are welcome to bring your own.

Do I need to bring shoes for my appointment?

No, shoes are not necessary for your appointment. You will stand on a pedestal during fittings.

Should I get a spray tan before my appointment?

It's recommended to shower before your appointment if you have tanned and to avoid wearing any body makeup or tints that could stain the gowns.
