Can I Cut A Real Tree Down?

Absolutely! That's the whole point. You can cut your own tree down during business hours, but be sure to come early in the season since we often sell out!

What Payment Types Are Accepted?

We accept cash and all major credit cards.

Can I Bring My Own Saw?

No, you cannot bring your own saw. We provide specially designed bow saws for tree cutting.

Yes! Leashed and well-behaved dogs are welcome, but please be sure to keep them supervised.

Can I Cut Any Tree Down?

No, only trees that are clearly tagged with a price can be cut down. This is essential for managing the health of future harvests.

What is a Pre Harvested Tree?

These are trees that are cut from other farms and shipped to us, ensuring a broader selection of types for our customers.

Do You Have Restrooms?

Yes, we have restrooms available in White Pine Lodge, our harvest headquarters.

Is the Farm Handicapped Accessible?

Yes, the lodge is accessible, but some areas of the farm can be rugged.

What is the maximum capacity for indoor ceremonies?

The indoor ceremony area can accommodate up to 330 guests.

Is catering included with the venue rental?

Catering is not included, but you are welcome to choose any insured vendor to provide catering services.

What are the payment terms for booking the venue?

A $2,000 non-refundable deposit is required at booking, with 50% of the remaining balance due 6 months before the event and the final balance due 60 days prior to the event.

Is there a bridal suite available?

Yes, The Ridge offers a luxurious bridal suite with amenities such as a wet bar, private restroom, and area for brides and their party to get ready.

Can I bring my own caterer?

Yes, renters are free to use their own caterers.

Are there vendors you recommend?

We can provide a list of vendors who have performed well in the past, but the choice is entirely up to the renter.

Do you allow alcohol at the venue?

Yes, clients can bring in their own alcohol.
