PineCrest Country Club can host a variety of events including weddings, birthdays, bridal showers, and corporate meetings.

Yes, we provide full catering services for all events at PineCrest.

How long is the rental?

Rental times vary. For pick-up orders, the rental pick-up is Thursday at either 10 AM or 6 PM, with drop-off on Monday at the same times. Delivery orders last until the end of the reception.

What is the cost for delivery?

Delivery costs start at $140 each way within a 20-mile radius. Beyond that, a fee of $8 per mile applies.

How do I reserve my pieces?

To reserve, accept the quote and return the signed contract along with a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before the event.

What if something happens to my rental items?

If items are lost or damaged, your card will be charged 3-5 times their rental cost, as specified in the contract.
