How many guests can the venue accommodate?

Our venue comfortably hosts up to 220 guests total, with an ideal experience for 180-200 guests.

Is the venue climate controlled?

While we do not have air conditioning, our sliding glass walls can be opened for airflow, and we also provide heating during cooler weather.

Do you have a bridal suite for getting ready?

Yes, our bridal cabin is available starting at 9:00 AM on your wedding day, complete with a salon area and views of Darlington Lake.

What’s your alcohol policy?

We allow couples to provide their own alcohol, which can be a great cost-saving choice for the celebration.

What happens if it rains during our ceremony?

We have a beautiful indoor backup option that retains the stunning lake views.

Do you have preferred vendors?

Yes, we work exclusively with Medure’s Catering for food and offer coordination through Events143.

What months are you open for weddings?

We host weddings from April through mid-November.

Can we schedule a tour?

Absolutely! Please contact us to arrange a personal tour.

What is included in the rental package?

The rental package includes the use of an extra large pavilion that seats up to 175 guests, tables and chairs, clean restrooms, an outdoor dance floor, fire pit and benches, arbors, water features, and ample parking.

What dates are available for booking events?

We welcome bookings for any occasion from May through October.

Can we choose our own caterer?

Yes, you have the freedom to choose your caterer and customize the decorations, theme, and floor plan for your event.
