What are your hours of operation?

We are open Tuesday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Absolutely! Our flower arrangements are custom made, allowing you to upgrade, substitute flowers, and choose colors to create a unique gift.

Yes, all package pricing includes 6% Pennsylvania Sales Tax and 18% gratuity.

Is there a charge for bartenders?

No, bartenders are included with the open bar.

How many people does the ballroom hold?

The ballroom can accommodate up to 350 guests for wedding receptions.

Can we bring our own food or beverage into the ballroom?

No, outside food or beverage is permitted, except for specialty items or desserts.

How and when do I have to pay for my wedding?

We offer flexible payment options with 50% due one month prior and the remaining balance due 7 working days before the wedding.

Do you have special meals for children and diet restricted guests?

Yes, we offer children's meals, vegetarian options, and accommodate dietary restrictions.

Do you provide hotel accommodations?

We can recommend several hotels that offer room blocks, group rates, and shuttle services.

Are there specified times for our reception?

You have the entire day for your event, and the ballroom will not be booked for other events.

Do you have required vendors?

No, you may choose your own vendors or request our list of recommended vendors.

Can we decorate the ballroom?

Yes, decorations are welcome but cannot be attached with nails or staples.

What is the “guaranteed guest count” and when is it due?

The guaranteed count is the number of expected guests and is due 7 days before the wedding date.

Can we bring in items for early storage?

Yes, you may store items in a locked room prior to your event.

We provide a state-of-the-art A/V system able to connect with various devices for presentations.

What is your cancellation policy?

Deposits are non-refundable, but payments can carry over in the case of a postponement or date change.
