How do I book a date?

Reach out via email to receive a contract. Tours are recommended, but not mandatory.

No, as long as caterers are licensed and insured, you can choose any.

What are the rules on alcohol?

All alcohol must be served by a RAMP certified bartender.

Do you have guest count minimums?

No, but caterers may have their own.

Can we pick our own vendors?

Absolutely! You can choose any vendor as long as they meet basic requirements.

We can accommodate up to 150 guests comfortably.

What is the backup plan for bad weather?

Indoor options include the dance floor or a chapel nearby.

Do you have a separate outdoor ceremony fee?

No, typical providing falls to the caterer.

Are we required to have a wedding coordinator?

No, but we provide a venue host on the wedding day.

Do you have decorating requirements?

Yes, no nailing into wood or use of glitter is allowed.

Can we have real candles?

Yes, but they must be in non-combustible holders.

Do you have overnight accommodations?

No, but several hotels are nearby.

Can guest park here overnight?
