What is included in the rental package?

The rental package includes the use of an extra large pavilion that seats up to 175 guests, tables and chairs, clean restrooms, an outdoor dance floor, fire pit and benches, arbors, water features, and ample parking.

What dates are available for booking events?

We welcome bookings for any occasion from May through October.

Can we choose our own caterer?

Yes, you have the freedom to choose your caterer and customize the decorations, theme, and floor plan for your event.

Can we hold our ceremony indoors?

Yes, if you prefer to hold your ceremony indoors there are options to do so.

Is there an additional fee to use the outdoor ceremony site?

No, the price of the venue includes the use of the outdoor ceremony site.

Are food trucks permitted?

Yes, food trucks are allowed, and our team can provide recommendations for staging them.

Do you provide on-site catering?

No, we have an open vendor policy allowing you to use any caterer of your choice.

Can we leave leftover food, alcohol, or decor at the venue overnight?

All leftover items must be taken with you after the event unless you have booked for the following day.

Does the venue have a kitchen?

Yes, The Harper is equipped with a prep kitchen, which includes necessary facilities for staging food.

Are we permitted to hold a rehearsal practice at the venue?

Yes, as long as there are no conflicting events, you can schedule an hour for rehearsal at no additional cost.

If we do not opt for the day of coordination service, will there be staff on site?

Yes, a staff member will be available for coordination and support on your wedding day.

What is the maximum capacity?

The maximum capacity for weddings at The Harper is 320 guests.

Do you provide table linens?

No, we do not provide table linens, but we can recommend caterers who do.
