What is our venue rental fee?

The venue rental fee varies based on the month and day, with prices ranging from $6,250 to $8,000 for weekend events. Weekday hourly rentals are also available.

What items are included in the venue fee?

The venue fee includes tables, chairs, existing furniture, installed warm patio string lights, and a cake table.

How do the payments work?

A 50% down payment plus tax is required to reserve your date, along with a $1,000 refundable security deposit. The final balance is due two months before the event.

What is the cancellation policy? Will my deposit be refunded?

All payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable. If canceled within 45 days of the event, the total estimated charges remain due.

Can I bring my own caterer, bartender, and vendors?

Yes, you are allowed to choose your licensed vendors, but an additional cleaning fee of $700 will apply if you bring your caterer.

Can I customize my package?

Yes, you can customize your package to suit your needs, and any changes may affect the overall pricing.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

You can bring your own alcohol, provided you have a licensed bartender and obtain liquor liability insurance.

How do I tour the venue?

Tours can be scheduled weekly, allowing potential clients to see the venue and discuss their vision. You can call or book a tour online.

Can I bring my pet to the wedding?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at the venue.

Can we purchase additional hours?

Yes, additional hours can be purchased at $350 per hour.

The venue can accommodate up to 150 guests indoors and 350 guests outdoors.

Do you offer parking space?

Yes, we can accommodate 45 vehicles inside and another 100 in the nearby park.

Do you offer military discounts?

Yes, a 3% discount is available on the venue rental fee with a valid military ID.

Do you have Wi-Fi at the venue?

Do we get the venue for rehearsal and what is the time usually?

Complimentary one-hour rehearsal space is offered, usually scheduled Thursday after 4 PM or Friday, based on availability.

Are we allowed to have sparklers for a sendoff?

Sparkler sendoffs are allowed, but safety measures must be in place, such as water buckets.

Can we bring in a backdrop for a photo booth?

Yes, you can bring a backdrop for a photo booth, and having access to a nearby power source is recommended.
