How many bathrooms will be available for our event?

We will provide 2 porta potties located behind the pool, and the bathrooms in your cottages are also available.

When would we be able to start setup?

Setup can begin on Thursday morning.

When does everything need to be removed from the property when our event is completed?

All items must be cleared from the property by Monday morning at the latest.

When can we check into our cottages?

Cottages are available for check-in on Thursday at Noon.

Is there a quiet hour start time?

Yes, quiet hours begin at 10 PM.

Will we be the only guests on the property for our event?

Yes, you will have exclusive access to the property, which includes the pool, grills, gazebos, and cottages.

Are there kitchens in the cottages?

Yes, all cottages come equipped with a kitchen including a full-size refrigerator, sink, dishware, pots and pans, toaster, coffee pots, and a 2-burner hot plate.

Are sheets and bedding included?

Yes, you will find sheets, blankets, pillows, and bedspreads ready for use upon arrival.

Are towels available?

Shower towels and kitchen towels are provided, but beach and pool towels are not included.

What are the pool hours?

The pool is open from 9 AM to 9 PM but will close during the time of the event.

What size tent can the space accommodate?

The venue can accommodate tents up to 30’ x 60’, suitable for approximately 110 people.

Are there grills to use while staying at the property?

Yes, there are 2 gas grills available for guest use.
