We offer elopement packages and small wedding ceremonies, accommodating groups of 2 to 90 people.

Your final guest count must be provided two weeks prior to your wedding.

Are there event minimums?

Yes, the event minimums are 100 adults for Fridays, 125 for Saturdays, and 85 for Sundays, though these may change on holiday weekends.

Do you offer kids’ pricing?

Yes, kids’ pricing is available with meals for ages 0-2 at no charge, and other kids' meals priced at $39.95.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

No, outside alcohol is not permitted due to licensing restrictions.

What if I want to use my own DJ?

You may use your own DJ, and La Navona will deduct $250 from your final balance.

Do you require a Security Deposit?

Yes, a $400 security deposit is required in the form of a check, returned or shredded after 7 business days if there are no damages or issues.

Do you provide a day-of coordinator?

A day-of wedding coordinator is not mandatory, but support is provided during planning and the event by the venue coordinator.

Can we use sparklers, confetti, fireworks, cold sparks, or fog and smoke?

Confetti is not allowed due to cleaning issues, but sparklers are permitted outside. Fireworks and fog machines are prohibited.

What if I want a micro wedding?

A reduced rate of 10% applies for weddings with less than 75 guests, and an hourly rate can be discussed.

Do you require day of event insurance?

Yes, event insurance with no deductible is mandatory and must include Gathering at the Farm as co-insured.
