How do I schedule a tour?

You can schedule a tour by visiting our contact page or by calling us at 501-600-2324.

How do I book my date?

Your date is reserved once a contract is signed and payment is made. The initial payment is 50% of the total, with the remainder due 90 days before the event.

What spaces are included during the event?

You will have access to the EO Manees Reception Hall, Bridal Suite, Groom's Quarters, several outdoor ceremony sites, and more, all from 9 am to 10 pm.

Yes, alcohol is allowed, but must be served by a licensed and insured bartender, as self-serve alcohol is not permitted.

Do you provide an event coordinator?

We do not provide an on-site coordinator or wedding planner but highly recommend hiring one to ensure your day is stress-free.

Can we use our own vendors?

Absolutely! You are welcome to use your own vendors as long as they are approved by us beforehand.

Is there a security deposit?

Yes, a refundable damage deposit of $500 is required.
