Do you have a place for the wedding party to get ready?

Yes, we have two suites in the Millennium Ballroom, one for the bride and bridesmaids, and another for the groom and groomsmen, complete with amenities for comfort and refreshments.

Where do our guests stay since there is not a hotel attached?

We partner with local hotels offering great rates for guests who book through Avalon. We also provide a complimentary limo service to transport guests to and from the venue.

Will my guest count affect the room I picked?
