Yes! Hourly & package pricing for weekdays are available depending on event type.

Can we use our own vendors?

Yes, but we require caterers to be insured.

What is your indoor and outdoor seating capacity?

The Indoor Barn can hold up to 221 guests, while outdoor seating accommodates up to 150 guests.

Can we do photoshoots at the venue?

Yes, but you need to schedule in advance and share some photos for social media usage.

What if the weather is bad for our outdoor ceremony?

Your ceremony can be moved to a covered pavilion or inside the barn based on the event director's decision.

Can we serve alcohol?

Yes! Beer and wine can be served without a permit, but liquor requires a Limited Special Occasion Permit.

Are there music restrictions?

Music must end 30 minutes before the event ends and may not play past midnight.

Yes, but it's limited to 5-7 devices at a time.

No open flames, birdseed, balloons, confetti, feathers, or fake flowers outdoors.

Are we responsible for cleaning?

Yes, all items and trash must be removed by checkout time.

Absolutely NO events (Weddings, Receptions, Parties of any kind, Baptisms, Bar mitzvahs, etc.) are allowed at our rental houses. ALL events must happen at our venue space with expressed permission from the owners.

Are pets allowed at the venue?

No outside animals are permitted at the rental houses due to the presence of livestock and guardian animals on the property.
