What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. If you need a late checkout, there may be a fee depending on availability.

What are your deposit and cancellation policies?

A deposit for the first night is required at booking. Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior from November 1st - April 30th, 5 days prior from May 1st - June 30th & September 1st - October 31st, and 7 days prior from July 1st - August 31st.

What accessibility measures are in place?

ADA-compliant rooms are available on every level and public spaces meet ADA requirements.

What is your pet policy?

Dogs under 35 pounds are welcomed for a fee of $100 plus a $50 cleaning charge. Owners must manage their pets responsibly.

On-site parking and valet services are available for guests.

Can I smoke at The Lake House?

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas and guest rooms. Designated smoking areas are available on the boardwalk.
