The price includes a reception area with tables & chairs (set-up & breakdown), ceremony site with seating, bridal & groom suite, parking attendants, & concierge.

How many hours does the rental fee include?

Thirteen hours, with an option to purchase additional hours if available.

How many guests can you seat?

The lodge can seat 250 guests, and the veranda can accommodate 120 guests.

Do you have areas to get ready for the bride & groom?

Yes, both bridal and groom suites are available on the day of the event.

Can I do the ceremony & reception there?

Yes, both venues have an outdoor amphitheater or outdoor chapel for ceremonies.

Do you allow Alcohol?

Yes, there is a bartending service you can work with.

Do we have to use your caterer?

You are allowed to bring in your own outside caterer for a fee.

Do you supply table linens?

No, table linens are not supplied.

Do I supply my own event liability insurance?

Yes, you need to supply your own event liability insurance.

What is the deposit and how does the payment plan work?

The initial deposit is 25% of the venue cost, with interest-free payment plans available.

We can host corporate parties, weddings, bridal and baby showers, graduation parties, and more!

Do you provide furniture and decor?

Yes, our venue includes access to tables, chairs, linens, and extensive decoration options.

Is there an option for alcohol at events?
