What is the Venue Capacity?

Our property can comfortably accommodate parties ranging from 25 to 225 people. We have 10 luxury suites for 20 guests in our historic inn, a barn seating 180, and a pavilion for over 200.

Is there an age limit?

Inisfree Estate is an adult venue. Children aged 16 and under must be supervised by an adult.

Are tables and chairs provided?

Yes, most of our event packages include the use of tables and chairs.

Will staff be provided?

Management is always on-site to ensure everything runs smoothly. Vendors provide their own staff, but if more staff is needed, please discuss this with us.

Is catering provided? Can I bring my own?

Catering is not provided by Inisfree Estate. We have a list of preferred caterers that must be used for quality assurance.

Is there on-site parking?

Yes, we offer a paved parking lot with 70 spaces and additional overflow parking, all well-lit for safety.

All alcohol must be provided through Inisfree Estate with professionally licensed bartenders.

Sound curfew is 10:00 PM, but music can continue until 11:00 PM with closed barn doors or until 11:30 PM using a silent disco system.

We provide tech-friendly amenities, including smart TVs and fiber-optic high-speed internet for reliable streaming.

The main barn can accommodate 200 guests for seated dinners and up to 300 guests using a tent for the dinner portion.

Do you have a ceremony rain option?

Yes, the barn’s basement can hold 75 guests, while larger ceremonies can take place upstairs.

Can we bring in our own decor?

Yes, you can bring your own decor, but open flames and certain items like glitter aren’t permitted.

Smoking is not allowed inside the barn but is permitted outside in designated areas.

Can we choose our own caterer?

You can choose a caterer not on our preferred list, but they must be licensed and fully staffed.

Can we hire our own bartender?

No, all alcohol must be purchased and served through Barn 1888 Bar Services.

What time is a typical ceremony?

Most ceremonies occur between 4:00 and 5:00 PM to allow vendors enough time to prepare.

Is the deposit applied to our total cost?
