How large is the barn?

The barn measures 60 x 36 feet, with an additional loft of 15 x 36 feet, totaling 2,700 square feet. The open air pavilion measures 40 x 60 feet.

Can we have our wedding ceremony at multiple locations?

Yes, you can choose to have your ceremony in the barn, patio pavilion, or overlooking the pond.

Is there a prep area for catering?

Yes, there's a prep area equipped with a sink, warming ovens, refrigerator, and freezer.

What is the deposit requirement?

A 25% deposit is needed to reserve your date, and it is non-refundable unless you can rebook the date with a comparable event.

Are there any additional decoration restrictions?

You may add decorations using floral tape, pipe cleaners, and twine, but nails, glue, or staples are not permitted.

Can we serve alcohol at our event?

Yes, but you must purchase event liability insurance, which costs approximately $280.

Are pets allowed at the venue?

Pets can be included in the ceremony and reception, but not in the cottage.

What are the cleanup rules?

The venue must be returned to its original condition. A cleaning option is available for $300, or else failure to clean up will result in a $350 fee.
