We are open Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Saturday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and closed on Sunday.

How large is the barn?

The barn measures 60 x 36 feet, with an additional loft of 15 x 36 feet, totaling 2,700 square feet. The open air pavilion measures 40 x 60 feet.

Can we have our wedding ceremony at multiple locations?

Yes, you can choose to have your ceremony in the barn, patio pavilion, or overlooking the pond.

Is there a prep area for catering?

Yes, there's a prep area equipped with a sink, warming ovens, refrigerator, and freezer.

What is the deposit requirement?

A 25% deposit is needed to reserve your date, and it is non-refundable unless you can rebook the date with a comparable event.

Are there any additional decoration restrictions?

You may add decorations using floral tape, pipe cleaners, and twine, but nails, glue, or staples are not permitted.

Can we serve alcohol at our event?

Yes, but you must purchase event liability insurance, which costs approximately $280.

Are pets allowed at the venue?

Pets can be included in the ceremony and reception, but not in the cottage.

What are the cleanup rules?

The venue must be returned to its original condition. A cleaning option is available for $300, or else failure to clean up will result in a $350 fee.

We offer four wedding packages: Beautiful Beginnings, Simple Elegance, Magical Moments, and Complete Fairytale Experience, each tailored for different needs and budgets.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the package price is required at the time of reservation.

How many guests can the chapel accommodate?

The Frankenmuth Wedding Chapel can accommodate up to 50 guests.

Can I customize my package?

Yes, customizations can be made for each package based on your specific dreams and preferences.

How long after the wedding will we get our photos, and how will they be delivered?

Images are delivered digitally within 90 days from the event as well as on a USB. If your package includes an album, you'll receive 30 days to select photos for the album, which will then be mailed to the address on file within 30 days of ordering.

How many photos will we get?

The photographer guarantees 30 images per active hour of photography, excluding travel time or meals.

If the bridal party is comfortable, umbrellas (if available) will be provided for shooting in the rain.

What about guests with cell phone cameras or digital cameras?

Guests are encouraged to put away devices during the ceremony to avoid distractions in the professional photos.

How do we know how long to plan for family photos after the wedding ceremony?

Coordinate with the photographer who will send a rough timeline based on the family member names provided.

Yes, they carry liability insurance and insurance for all gear used.

Do you have back-up gear?

Yes, there is back-up gear for all essential items.

Is there an option for a second photographer?

Packages currently only include one photographer, but you can check the add-on price list for additional services.

Can we go off-site for bridal party/bride and groom photos?

Yes, there are several nice locations within 10 minutes for photography. The photographer can also follow or travel with the bridal party.

Can we request a list of specific shots we would like?

Yes, suggestions are welcome, and efforts will be made to capture the requested shots.

Do you offer retouching, color correcting, or blemish removal?

Basic retouching is done on all delivered photos. Additional retouching is provided for the bride, groom, and bridal party as needed.
