The wedding package includes venue rental for 5 hours, chilled sparkling toast, a professional event manager, a lead dining room manager, linens, flatware, china, glassware, a private full service kitchen, bartenders at no additional cost, complimentary valet parking, and a newlywed suite at the Beauport Hotel Gloucester.

What types of events can be held at Cruiseport?

Cruiseport accommodates weddings, corporate events, and private events, offering customized planning and catering for each type.

Can I have my ceremony on-site?

Yes, you have the option of holding your ceremony in our Hidden Garden or Heritage Barn.

Do you offer rehearsals?

Yes, rehearsals can be scheduled on-site but will take place the week of the wedding, not necessarily the day before.

Can my dog participate in the ceremony?

Yes, dogs are allowed for outdoor ceremonies, but must be taken home afterward and cared for on-site.

What if it rains during my outdoor ceremony?

If it rains, larger ceremonies can move to the Heritage Barn, while smaller ones can be held indoors.

Can we bring our own food and alcohol?

No outside food or beverages are permitted, except for cake from a licensed bakery.

What is your guest capacity?

The venue can accommodate up to 150 guests for a full dance floor or up to 50 in the Estate House.

Is the venue accessible?

Yes, there is handicap parking and ramp access, although there is no elevator to the upper floors.

Yes, you can choose your own vendors as long as they have liability insurance.

A non-refundable deposit is required at contract signing with scheduled payments leading up to the wedding.
