What part of the house can we use?

The Manor House is exclusively for the wedding party, who will have access to the bridal dressing rooms and groom's dressing room.

What does Lower Notley Hall Farm provide besides the location?

LNHF includes access to the Manor House, Reception Barn, tables and chairs for up to 150 guests, parking for about 60 vehicles, and essential amenities like running water and a movable bar.

Can I serve alcohol at my event?

You may serve alcohol post-ceremony, but it's prohibited in the Manor House. Responsible consumption and a designated driver list are required.

Are photographs allowed inside the house?

Yes, photography is encouraged throughout the historic house as it contains beautiful original heirlooms.
