Can I add additional flowers/decor?

You are welcome to work with an outside vendor to add additional flowers, such as a bridesmaid’s bouquet or floral centerpieces.

Can I use my own vendor instead of the one provided in package?

You may provide your own officiant or florals, and the package price will remain the same.

Do you provide a backup location for outdoor weddings in case of rain?

Yes, we provide a backup indoor location at no additional cost.

What is the payment schedule?

A 25% deposit is required at signing, 50% of the balance is due 60 business days prior to your wedding, and the final payment is due 10 business days before the event.

How do I secure my date?

A signed contract and a 25% non-refundable deposit are required.

How far out can I book?

Intimate Weddings can be booked a maximum of 120 days in advance.

Are the bride and groom included in the guest count?

Yes, the bride and groom are counted in the total guest count.

What is the maximum number of guests for an intimate wedding package?

The maximum guest count is 36 for the Restaurant Intimate Package and 50 for the Banquet Intimate Package.
