Vizcaya can accommodate a total of 240 guests for each event, though the seated capacity may vary based on your dining style.

There are no minimum guest counts, but food minimums apply and they vary depending on various factors. Please consult your Sales Manager for specific details.

Can I bring in my own caterer?

Catering is provided in-house, so outside caterers are not permitted. However, clients can provide one cultural appetizer and one cultural entrée.

Can I bring in my own vendors?

You may bring your own vendors, except for catering. All vendors must have liability insurance listing Vizcaya as additionally insured.

What is the payment structure?

A signed contract and a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to book your date, along with two additional 25% deposits before the wedding date.

Do I need to provide event insurance?

Yes, a $1 million general liability insurance certificate with Vizcaya listed as additional insured is required.

Is a day-of coordinator included?

Yes, every wedding package includes a professional wedding coordinator to help with the planning process.

Does Vizcaya have a rain plan?

If your guest count is under 150, all activities can be accommodated inside the Pavilion.

Are animals allowed on the property?

Yes, pets can be included in the ceremony but must be leashed and leave immediately after.

Does Vizcaya provide hotel accommodations?

Vizcaya's Bed & Breakfast has 8 rooms available for evening clients. Local hotels are also recommended for larger room blocks.
