How is payment and securing a deposit requested?

We ask for a payment schedule in thirds: a nonrefundable first payment is due to secure your date, a second payment is due 6 months prior, and the final payment and guest count are due one month before your event.

Do we need a wedding/event coordinator?

Yes, it is required to secure a day-of as well as day-before event coordinator.

Will there be any other events during our time?

No, we only host one event per weekend.

Do you require insurance?

Yes, a $1,000,000 event insurance policy is required, with assistance available for procurement.

How many guests can your property accommodate?

We can comfortably accommodate 125 guests for indoor dining and up to 150 for outdoor receptions, with tent options for larger counts.

Can we secure our own vendors?

Yes, as long as they are licensed and insured. A preferred vendors list can be provided.

Is smoking allowed on your property?

Yes, but only in designated smoking areas.

Is there enough parking?

Yes, ample parking is available, and valet services can be arranged.
