Although a majority of our guests decide on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday wedding, you can choose any day to get married at our venue.

How long can my reception be?

Packages include a 5-hour reception starting from the end of your ceremony, but additional hours can be purchased if you want to extend the fun!

Can my wedding party get ready at the venue?

We have a gorgeous bridal suite for the brides and a groom’s loft for the grooms and groomsmen to get ready.

What is required to officially book with The Chair Factory?

A 25% deposit is required to lock in your date.

Can your venue accommodate a DJ and live music?

Yes, all our weddings can have a DJ, live music, or both so that you and your guests have a great time.

What if it rains on my wedding day?

Good venues always have backup plans. At Cold Creek Farm, we have indoor spaces ready if the weather turns bad.

How early should I book a mountain venue?

Book 12-18 months ahead, especially for fall dates when leaves change colors.

Can older guests handle a mountain venue?

Yes! Pick venues with good paths and easy access to all areas. Our venue is fully accessible.

What is the backup plan for inclement weather for outdoor ceremonies?

Your wedding planner will decide if the ceremony will be inside or outside on the morning of the event, prior to setup.

Can we take photos with the bison?

Yes, we strive to facilitate experiences for capturing photographs with the bison, given optimal conditions and ranch operations.
