What does the rental time look like?

The venue is available exclusively for one couple for the entire day, starting at 12:00 PM and ending at 10:00 PM. Vendors have an additional hour for cleanup. Extra hours before noon are $250 each, and late extensions cost $1,000 per hour.

How does the bar work?

The St Vrain provides an all-inclusive bar with packages available, and customization is encouraged. Due to Colorado law, no outside alcohol is permitted.

Do you have required vendors?

Yes, couples must use one of six catering partners and require at least Day-Of Coordination, while Month-Of Management or Full-Planning Service is highly recommended.

Is a rehearsal included with the rental?

Yes! Rehearsals can be scheduled the day before or on an available day to accommodate couples.

Can we bring our pet?

Yes, pets can attend the ceremony for photos and enjoyment before being taken off-site during the party.

Is setup and cleanup included?

Yes! The catering partner along with your planner and venue manager will handle all setup and cleanup.

Are there decor restrictions?

Confetti and loose glitter are not allowed, and no adhesives on surfaces. However, candles, hangings, and more decor elements are welcome.

Can lights be dimmed?

Yes, every light is on a dimmer, allowing for the perfect ambiance.

Who rents china and flatware?

Your caterer will assist with all rental orders, and specific rental services can be utilized.
