Does The Upton House require specific vendors?

No, we are not exclusive with any vendors. You can choose your own caterers, photographers, florists, etc., but please note that caterers and bartenders must be licensed.

What are your overnight accommodations?

We have three bedrooms: one with a queen size bed, another with a full size bed and a chase lounge, and a third on the main floor with a twin size bed.

What does The Upton House provide for events?

We provide the venue, tables, and 150 chairs. Some table linens are available, but they are not guaranteed or pressed.

Is alcohol allowed at The Upton House?

Yes, we allow alcohol, but it must be served by a licensed bartender. Client supplies all alcohol and cups, and no glass bottled beer is allowed.
