Our venue can comfortably host up to 280 guests with an open-floor layout.

Yes, we have a beautiful outdoor ceremony site set between two ponds.

What are your showroom hours?

The showroom is open for walk-ins from 10am to 4pm Weekdays. Appointments are available outside those hours.

How do I place an order?

You can place an order by visiting our showroom or calling us during business hours.

What is a reservation?

A reservation ensures the items you requested will be available at the required time.

A non-refundable, 50% retainer of the total reservation is required when placing an order.

What if I need to cancel?

You can cancel at any time; however, the retainer is non-refundable.

How long is the rental period?

Typically, it is for one single day but allows a 48-hour rental period.

What if I need a delivery outside normal business hours?

We can accommodate unusual delivery times for a fee.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery costs $40 within Wooster and varies outside that area.

What does a delivery include?

Delivery includes unloading the items at a mutually convenient spot.

Will you do the labor for me?

Yes, professional installation can be arranged for an additional cost.

Do I need to clean the rentals?

All items are sanitized; however, a general rinse and scrape are appreciated.

What is a safety/security deposit?

Some items require a security deposit, which is returned in full if the equipment is undamaged.

What should I do in case of an emergency?

For life-threatening emergencies, call 911. For rental emergencies, use our 24-hour service line.

What services do you offer?

Events Unlimited by Esther provides full-service event planning, including consultation, event design, an extensive rental inventory, and setup and decorating for all types of events.

What are your showroom hours?

Our showroom is open from Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, or by appointment.

Yes, as long as your caterer is licensed and carries liability insurance. You can choose from our preferred list or get approval for outside caterers.

What happens if it rains on the day of our event?

We can move the event indoors, but an additional fee may be incurred depending on guest numbers.

We host various events including receptions, banquets, corporate events, luncheons, showers, birthday parties, fundraisers, and celebrations of life.

Yes, we provide catering options as part of our all-inclusive packages.

The barn can hold up to 60 guests for indoor seating. With outdoor options like tents, it accommodates over 75 guests, and the outdoor patio seats 35.

Do you have free on-site parking?

Yes, we offer free on-site parking and can provide parking attendants upon request.

Do you have overnight accommodations?

Yes! The bride and groom receive a complimentary overnight stay in our barn loft suite, which can also be reserved via Airbnb.

Do you have restroom facilities?

Indoor restroom facilities are available within the barn.

Is the barn venue air conditioned?

Yes, our barn is fully air conditioned for your comfort.

Do you allow outside vendors?

Absolutely! Esther’s Barn is a self-catered venue, allowing you to select your preferred vendors for all services.

Are tables and chairs available?

Yes, we offer a range of tables and chairs for both indoor and outdoor seating, included in your overall wedding package.

Do you have beverage dispensers available for use?

Yes, we provide up to three large beverage dispensers equipped with pour spouts.

Do you have tablecloths, linens, and silverware available for events?

Yes, all necessary linens, tablecloths, and silverware are included with your event booking.

What are some vegan catering options for weddings?

Some great vegan options include mushroom wellington, various curries, stuffed mushrooms, and vegan desserts like cakes and tiramisu.

Can Robert J. Events accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes, they specialize in customizing menus to meet the dietary needs of all guests, including vegan options.

Are drinks at weddings typically vegan-friendly?

Not all wines and beers are vegan, as some are processed with non-vegan ingredients. It's best to confirm with your caterer.

What events can be hosted at Social House?

Social House can accommodate a variety of events, including personal events like birthday parties, baby showers, bridal showers, reunions, and business gatherings such as retreats and professional development workshops.

What is the capacity for events?

The guest limit is 100 for parties, and 60 for weddings.

Do you offer rentals for party accessories?

Yes, Social House offers party accessories like inflatables and a cotton candy cart, as well as tables and chairs for events.

Can we bring in our own catering?

All food is made in-house by our classically trained chef/owner. You may bring in your own cake and desserts though!

Can we bring in outside alcohol?

Per our liquor license, no outside alcohol is allowed but we can order anything specific for you. Some additions may incur additional fees.

Are there any nearby Hotels?

Yes, Courtyard by Marriott in North Olmsted and they also provide shuttling. We also have our beautiful Bridal House that can be rented the night before for the Bride and bridal party.

Can we taste the food?

Yes, reach out with what you would like to try and we will give you a date and time to come pick it up.

Depending on if there’s a wedding the day before, you can either set up on Wednesday or Thursday. Or setup would be the morning of the wedding from 8-10am.
