There is no rental fee for Ashley Farm.

Is there a food and beverage, or guest count minimum?

Yes, food and beverage minimums range from $10,000-$20,000 depending on the day of the week and the season.

Are there overnight accommodations nearby?

Yes, we recommend Holiday Inn Express, Hampton Inn in Yorkville, and Best Western in Oswego.

Do your packages include the bar pricing?

Yes, all packages include bar service with different brands offered in each package.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check, and credit card with no fee for credit card use at this time.

Are dogs allowed to be part of our wedding?

Yes, dogs are allowed for ceremonies and pictures but must be leashed and cleaned up after.

When do we have access to the venue for getting ready?

You will have access starting at 10:30 AM on your wedding day; Early Arrival is available for a fee.

Final headcount and payment are due 10 days prior to the wedding.

When can we set up our decorations?

Full access for decorations is guaranteed at 10:30 AM on the wedding day. It's recommended to bring them during the rehearsal.

Do you allow sparklers?

Yes, sparklers are allowed; please notify your coordinator to assist.

How many guests can be seated per table?

Tables fit 12 people, but are most comfortable with 8-10.

When does our reception need to end?

Receptions must end by 11:00 PM to comply with local noise ordinances.

When do we do our rehearsal?

Rehearsals are scheduled for the Thursday before the wedding unless it's a holiday.

Do you allow open flames?

No open flame candles are allowed; battery operated candles are permitted.

What time can our vendors arrive on wedding day?

Vendors may arrive starting at 10:30 AM.

Do you offer tastings?

Yes, complimentary tastings are offered in the off-season.

Who can decorate the ceremony trellis?

Licensed and insured florists can decorate the trellis; decorations by others will incur a fee.

Can vehicles be left overnight?

Yes, if a guest is not in a safe state to drive, they can leave their vehicle; pickups are required by 10 AM the following morning.

What if weather is not looking great for our outdoor ceremony?

You can decide to move the wedding indoors until 12:00 PM on the day of the wedding.
