The name comes from a humorous comment made by my wife while we were searching for property in Spokane. She said we would name the place the Fox & Goat Ranch because I was being a grumpy goat!

To book your wedding, a non-refundable down payment of $1,500 and a signed Venue Agreement are required.

Our barn can host 200+ guests for indoor events, while our outdoor barnyard accommodates over 300. For smaller gatherings, our beautiful backyard fits up to 100 guests.

Yes, you can bring your own food and drinks, including professional catering or food trucks. A State of WA liquor banquet permit is required for alcohol.

The $1,000 damage deposit is refundable and ensures the property is returned in good condition after your event.

The Barn does not have central heating or cooling, but we have fans and patio heaters available.

The legal noise ordinance is set at 10:00 PM, but with our nearest neighbor being a half-mile away, celebrations can go on longer.
