help_outline What is the rental fee and what does it include?

help_outline What is the building capacity?
Capacity ranges from 200-300 depending on the areas chosen.
help_outline How far out do you book?
We do not book more than 1.5 years out.
help_outline Is there a deposit and when are additional payments due?
There is a $1000 deposit requirement which is nonrefundable if you cancel. Additional payments are structured as follows: 25% of package price due 30 days after signing, another 50% at the halfway mark, and the final 25% is due 60 days prior to the event.
help_outline How do I reserve a date?
An appointment is needed to tour the venue and a contract must be completed via Docusign with a payment link for the deposit.
help_outline Are tours available on weekends?
No, tours are only available on weekdays.
help_outline Can we bring in outside food or drink?
You are welcome to bring sealed non-alcoholic drinks, but all alcoholic beverages must be purchased through Lantana Acres.
help_outline Is smoking or vaping allowed on the premises?
No smoking or vaping is allowed in any part of the indoor or outdoor venue areas.
help_outline Do you provide table linens, cups, or silverware?
Table linens can be rented through us, but we do not provide cups or silverware outside of bar service.

We can move the event indoors if notified 48 hours in advance.
help_outline What form of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, bank transfers, and credit cards with a 3.5% processing fee.
help_outline Are decorations allowed to be nailed to the walls?
No nails or screws can be placed into the walls, all signs must be free standing.
